As one who has had a passion for the church and ministry for many years, I think what we need most in these times is bible-based kingdom leadership. Leadership is not a right, it’s a privilege and one that needs to be given the respect and place it is due.

Here at Paradise College of Ministries Melbourne, we prepare people for ministry. Through theological ministry based training, we are equipping the equippers for a life in ministry. PCOM is located in one of Melbourne’s rapidly growing churches and is known for its excellence throughout Australia.

As a Senior Pastor myself, I’m totally committed to my local church and to the local church. As one of our students you will have the opportunity to learn both the practices and theory of great leadership and ministry, while having the opportunity to serve and contribute within your local church.
